Description
Poppy Fields.
Poppies don’t particularly smell of much but I wanted to create a scent that could be used all year round for anyone missing a loved one.
My mum was known as Nanny Poppy, that wasn’t her name but it just stuck with the grandchildren as she had a dog called Poppy! ‘Fields’ was part of her surname so naming a memorial scent ‘Poppy Fields’ after her but also so that anyone can remember a loved one whilst lighting it seemed to fit. The symbolic meaning of poppies includes beauty, dreams, memory, remembrance, and other common themes of love, friendship, and joy.
I’ve chosen the notes in this to hopefully suit a variety of preferences:
Citrus – Pear – Armoise
Amber – Lavender – Jasmine
Sandalwood – Musk – Vanilla
In memory of my wonderful mum.
